Welcome!
ReservAnt is an application used for sharing and/or providing your utilities (instruments, cars, conference rooms etc...) or services (such as consultation hours, cleaning, sterilization or any other) within your company/institution and to external users. Reservant is a web-based application accessible anywhere with internet access.
How to start
Your instance will be set up within XXXX days after your payment was received. We will create two instance administrator accounts for you (the head and the deputy) so that your chosen members of staff can look after the smooth operation of the system. After your instance has been set up the users can access the application via the log-in page at https://YOURINSTANCENAME.reservant.org/#/login
Furher instructions
- There is a two-step login process: after entering the user name and a password a six-digit code will be sent to the user’s email address.
- The home-page shows the summary of the logged-in user’s details and can be always navigated to by clicking on the logo in the left upper corner.
- All user’s upcoming bookings are displayed on the time-line on the left side. There are four green filtering buttons, that display filtered results: non-admin user’s can only use the first one to see their bookings. The eye button filters out the reservations that the user (usually the admin) has approved or is responsible for, the piglet shows the start and expiration dates of discounts and the key shows the expiration date of users access to a specific instrument.
- On the right of the page there are the editable user’s details: the first and the last name, the Email, Phone, Slack and the Type. The user’s Type is set by the admin and cannot be changed by the user. User Type determines what prices are applied for this users (in-house employees vs. external users etc.).
- The button Change password is also available at the user’s home page. Each user should be instructed by the administrator to change her/his password after the creation of his/her account and to not disclose this password to anybody. Our company cannot be held liable for any damage that has been caused by the breach of the password safety policy.

- Access rights: there are two types of users: the instance administrators and the users. The instance administrator adds new users and instruments (or other utilities). Each utility must have a responsible person (defined by the admin) and/or an instrument administrator (optional, can be any user), who can perform certain actions with the instruments: set up and edit discounts, edit access and locks, approve reservations or cancel reservations.
