Instrument detail

In the instrument detail it is possible to inspect the rules of access to this instrument. The rules are set up by the admin or the responsible person.

• Opening days - Days on which the instrument is available for bookings

• Opening hours – Hours during which the instrument can be booked

• Price/slot – Price per one booking slot (the deafault slot length is XXXX minutes / set up by the admin?)

• Slot duration – The duration of each booking, set up by admin (or predefined?)

• Occupancy next 7 days – displays the use of the machine in percent

• Responsible person – Each instrument must have a defined responsible person, who is taking care of the instrument. This user is able to edit the details of the instrument, add locks or discounts. It is optional to choose also an instrument administrator, who is able to perform the same actions with the selected instrument. Please note: the instance administrator is able to perform these actions on all items in your instance.

• Messaging icon to responsible person – from the detail page it is possible to directly message to the Responsible person

• Min. forward booking – the minimum time that the booking has to be made in advance

• Min. forward booking assisted - the minimum time that the booking has to be made in advance if it needs admin’s confirmation

• Max. forward booking – the maximum time that the booking can be made in advance

• Min. forward cancellation – time limit by which a cancellation can be made without a fee

• Administrators - the persons who are local instance administrators

• Locks - the device can be made unavailable at certain times or for a certain time period

• Discounts – the admin or responsible person can set up % discounts for certain time period at certain hours

• Status – valid/ XXX???

• Starts – when the lock (or discount) starts

• Expires – when the lock (or discount) expires

• Description - any note
