Permissions

Access permissions to book the actual device can be granted to certain users, either for ever or for a certain time period. The access can be full, or subject to administrator’s (or responsible person’s) confirmation. The admin or responsible person, who has granted the permission can also revoke it.

• A new user (except of the admin) does not have access to any instruments, unless some of the instrument is accessible without any permissions. The admin has access to all instruments.

• The access to instruments can be checked at user's home page, where there is a list of access permissions. Each instrument is labeled by a stripe:

violet: full access

green:

blue:

black: no access
