Reporting Problems
The button Report problem opens a messaging window, where it is possible to write any issues related to the instrument. The message is then sent to the admin and to the responsible person????.
A red notification mark will appear on the instrument's title picture.
Please note (!): this function is designed for reporting problems with instruments to your responsible staff. For reporting issues with ReservaANT software such as bugs, please, use the help desk. The link to help desk can be found under the question-mark button in the upper left corner of the web page. It is desirable that all bugs are reported by the local instance administrators rather than other users.
